Jesus is a Better King

God is present in our lives, even when we don’t see him or feel him. The story of Esther can help us see ourselves in each of the characters. The first one, King Xerxes, shows us how we can be caught up in our own pursuit of fame, power, and wealth. King Xerxes thought of himself as the greatest king, but Jesus is the better King!
