Jesus' Little Brother
Jesus’ own family didn’t believe he was God while he was teaching, preaching, performing miracles, and dying for what he said about himself. So, it’s ok if you’re in that same place. It can be a crazy thought that a man claims to be God.
But, Jesus made himself known to his brother AFTER he was raised from the dead! James was ALL IN at that point! Just as Jesus made himself known to his brother l, he wants to make himself known to you and invite you to be a part of his family!

The Already / Not Yet Kingdom of God
Jesus came to die for our sins. Jesus is coming again to redeem this world. Living in the in between of those realities, and following Jesus in our lives, means there will be suffering, heartache, betrayal, and death. And, yet, we follow on! Praise be to the king of Kings!!!

Death Brings Life
Dying to our own desires and wants us not easy. However, Jesus' own words tell us that we must lose our lives for His sake in order to find eternal life. This life is not merely about this life. We join with Christ in His suffering so that we can experience a resurrection like His. In the meantime, maybe we can and should actually think of others higher than ourselves. Even the ones that have hurt us. Don't miss out on a chance to bring Jesus into the world! Into the dark places of even our own lives!

The story of Jesus is kind of crazy. So, since we are called to be like Christ and share the log Christ, it seems natural to think that we would need a little crazy in us! Let's light up the dark places in our hearts and in the world with the light of Christ!!!
